Eilean Donan Castle, part 2

Emily was eager to get back to Eilean Donan Castle in Dornie, Scotland.  We really enjoyed it the previous day, but the weather was rainy and very cold.  So, on a clearer day when we had more time, we went back and actually took the tour.  Eilean Donan was restored in the 30’s and the tour had lifelike scenes- there were grocery lists in the kitchen, artificial food being cooked, pots and pans in the drawers.  It was fascinating and well-worth the pounds we spent.
